To Order Online

Step 1. Click on “Place Order” (note, you must have an account with us for

on-line ordering. If you do not, please click her to sign up                   )
Step 2. Login with your user ID and password here. 

Step 3. Now you can order ONLINE. Simply follow the instructions and upload the photo in jpeg, pdf, png or tiff format.

We will confirm your order by return of e-mail.

By E-mail

You can submit your order by e-mail by downloading our PDF order form. Fill it in using details from our price list and backgrounds brochure. E-mail the PDF order and scanned photo (at 300 dpi or more) as an attachment to orders@eternally-remembered.com.

By Postal Mail

You can order by mail using our preprinted order forms. The order form is

self-explanatory and you can obtain all necessary information from our price list and backgrounds brochure.
